He has held significant legal and foreign policy roles at European level, including serving as President of Committee on the Election of Judges to the European Court of Human Rights within the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (see Curriculum Vitae).<\/p>\n<p><strong>For the next two years, 2026-2027, TITUS will serve as the representative of the Committee of Legal Affairs and Human Rights of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe to the Venice Commission (European Commission for Democracy through Law).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">He holds a PhD in Law and is a member of several associations and foundations active in the field of international law.
